Aiken Choral Society

Who we are

First and foremost, we are a community chorus dedicated to providing

the best singing experience to interested and talented singers

throughout the Aiken area.   Our repertoire is wide – from early music

to last year’s hit movie theme.  Brahms in German, Puccini in Italian,

or John Williams in English – we celebrate the best in composition and

we welcome you to join us.  Our Board of Directors has a long history – over 60 years – of hiring outstanding and highly-qualified Artistic Directors who believe in our mission to inspire you, our singers and our audiences, through the performance of music of all eras.

·         Rehearsals are Monday evenings from 7 to 9 pm at Cornerstone Baptist Church on the Aiken Bypass.

·         Our season is divided into two sections – Winter (September to mid-December) and Spring (January through May).

·         Dues are $30 per semester, and there are no extra music fees.  Don’t let funding keep you away – just talk to our Board President.

·         We’re more than just a chorus...we are a caring community of musicians who love to sing.

·         ACS is a 501(c)(3) public charity.  Contributions are deductible as allowed by law.
